I come from a very upsetting background which I won’t go into. I’ve always used my art to help me with my mental health. Art can be such a support; you don’t have to compare and compete against other artists. Just do it for yourself, give yourself a break, and don’t criticise what you achieve.
This artwork expresses being free like a bird—the feeling of escape from our chaotic world and the stress and troubles that come with it. I’m using the simple shape of the eagle on a chaotic background pattern as a subtle message referring to my love of Buddhism and meditation – as in keeping your mind simple and at ease.

This drives potential buyers straight into the store section, keeping the sales funnel active and logical. If “Free Spirit” has merchandise or prints, that’s the logical next step.
