I collect the minimum information necessary to provide my creative services:

  • Creative Assets: Proprietary brand information, logos, or marketing data you share for project development.
  • Automatic Data: Basic website analytics (IP address, pages visited) gathered via cookies to improve site performance.

2. AI Data Security & Ethics

To protect your intellectual property and ensure your brand remains unique, I operate a “Secure-Loop” AI policy:

  • Private Environments: Your proprietary designs and signature styles are never uploaded to public or open-source AI models for training or scraping.
  • Adobe Ecosystem: I exclusively use generative tools within the Adobe Firefly ecosystem. These tools ensure your assets stay within a secure, professional environment legally cleared for commercial use.
  • Concept Hand-off: While tools like ChatGPT may assist in initial brainstorming, all final work is moved entirely away from the AI environment to be built manually, ensuring full human authorship.
  • Non-Training Commitment: I do not use your final deliverables or proprietary assets to “fine-tune” any AI models.

3. How I Use Your Information

I retain project-related data for 6 years to comply with UK tax and professional insurance requirements. General enquiry data is deleted after 2 years if no project is initiated.Your data is used strictly for:

  • Delivering branding, design, and marketing services.
  • Communicating regarding project milestones and technical support.
  • Complying with UK Data (Use and Access) and tax regulations.

4. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to ensure that final creative and strategic decisions are made by a human professional, in line with CIM’s 2026 foundational principles.
